The Circularity Associate provides overall support to warehouse operations. The Circularity Associate will support Goodwill's goals of diverting goods from the landfill and helping to sustain the environment, while fulfilling our mission of changing lives through the power of Work. The Circularity Associate must load and unload shipments regularly, with the capability of repetitive heavy lifting.

What You Will Do
- Provide world-class customer service by helping customers, answering questions, and sharing your passion of our mission when interacting with customers.
- Sort and make decisions regarding salvage, stock for outlet store, garbage and materials.
- Perform sorting of scrap metal and e-waste.
- Operate the baler for bulk packaging of material.
- Loading/unloading of company trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain acceptable product standards.
- Follow Goodwill’s Policies and Health & Safety guidelines.
- Contribute to teamwork with added activities
What We Are Looking For
- Enthusiastic attitude: excited to work with other people and teams.
- Flexibility: able to work at different times, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Remember, no specific experience needed—we will help coach on these workplace skills:
- Communication: clear and effective interacting with team members and customers to create a positive workplace.
- Problem solving: finding solutions to problems, being accurate, and using simple math i.e. counting, adding and subtraction.
