A professional, multidisciplinary Foot Clinic in Downtown Toronto is seeking a reliable and organized Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a medical environment, is comfortable multitasking, and provides excellent customer service. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
- Open and close the clinic
- Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Answer and manage phone and email inquiries
- Call and email patients regarding appointments and follow-ups
- Process patient billing and payments
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic area
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- Prior medical office or administrative experience is an asset (but not required)
Schedule
Full-Time
- 7.5 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation
- Pay is commensurate with experience
- Starting at minimum wage per hour
- 3-month probation period upon hiring
- Opportunity for evaluation and potential promotion to full-time starting April 2026
Educations:
- Secondary School (preferred)
