Position Details
- Full-time position
- Primarily daytime hours
- Some weekend work required

Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching drivers and livestock shipments
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and office staff
- Enter and maintain records and paperwork accurately
- Answer phones and assist with general office administration
- Support daily dispatch operations and logistics coordination
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Experience using printers, photocopiers, and fax machines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
