Position Overview:

Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial and/or 10+ years collections experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively with other departments and external customers to resolve issues
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records on account activities for monitoring and analysis
- Strong telephone communication and negotiation skills
