Overview
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Mississauga, ON. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate qualified leads, and promote our products across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on marketer who enjoys lead generation.
Location: Mississauga
Shift: 9 am to 5 pm (flexible)
Salary: $85000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring up-to-date content and strong SEO performance.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across digital platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and automation.
- Design and produce marketing materials, including graphics, videos, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Stay current with industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Strong experience managing websites, SEO, and content management systems.
- Experience with social media management and automation tools.
- Experience planning and coordinating trade shows and promotional events.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video content creation using industry-standard software.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
