Avani Wellness & Massage has a serene and uplifting environment where our experienced massage therapists are dedicated to the health and well-being of their patients.
We are looking for a positive and outgoing person to fill the role of massage receptionist.
This job includes, (but is not limited to) the following:
- Greeting and directing clients in a professional manner
- Answering the phone
- Scheduling appointments
- Making reminder phone calls
- Filing
- Keeping statistics
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and work area
- Laundering & folding linens
- Attending training sessions/meetings
Potential candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Positive, friendly and outgoing attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Be able to work independently and make decisions
- Strong problem solving skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new software readily
- Competent with all forms of social media
- High school graduate
This position requires flexible hours to include full and part time days for 28 hours minimum per week. Immediate start date.
