Lansdowne Children's Centre is seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Supervisor – Recreation Services to lead and support a team of Support Workers delivering inclusive recreation programs for children and youth with diverse abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support Recreation Support Workers.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll monitoring, and program coverage.
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop staff.
- Ensure programs operate safely and in accordance with agency policies and OHSA requirements.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
Pay: $60,751.00-$75,358.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- community support of special needs client: 3 years (preferred)
