As a Part-Time Crew Member, you will play a key role during the evening service. You will be responsible for sales, bagel preparation, and opening duties, ensuring a smooth start-of-day operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with excellent hospitality and professionalism
- Take orders efficiently and confidently (upselling when appropriate)
- Prepare and assemble bagel sandwiches according to brand standards
- Prepare drinks and assist with service during peak moments
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Perform opening duties, including cleaning and restocking
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Work efficiently and independently during evening shifts
Required Profile
- Strong experience in hospitality or food service in Canada is mandatory (Min. 5 years)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset (comfortable recommending products and combos)
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Able to work fast-paced morning shifts
- Team player with a positive attitude
