Heffner Motors Limited is a busy, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee all cleaning and facility upkeep operations.
Position Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising cleaning staff, maintaining dealership cleanliness standards, and ensuring all areas—including showrooms, offices, service bays, and customer lounges—are consistently presentable and sanitary.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, schedule, and train housekeeping staff
- Inspect all areas of the dealership to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules
- Coordinate deep cleaning and seasonal maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address any facility-related issues promptly
- Work closely with service and sales departments to maintain operational flow
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial management (automotive or commercial setting preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties when needed
