Route Service Representative

MB Battery is looking for a self motivated, reliable, and customer‑focused Route Service Representative to join our team full time at our Dovercourt location in Winnipeg. This role combines customer service, delivery, warehouse support, and order desk responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Route Service (2-3 days per week)
· Manage rural delivery routes with a high level of customer service
· Contact customers ahead of time to confirm orders
· Pick and prepare orders for delivery
· Stock and organize the delivery truck
· Deliver products safely and efficiently
In‑Facility Duties (2-3 days per week)
· Assist at the order desk
· Support warehouse operations including labeling, stocking, and preparing orders for shipment
· Perform in city deliveries as required
Requirements
· Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs
· Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record
· Must provide a current driver’s abstract prior to start date
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to work overtime as needed
· A biweekly route often involves a longer day, paid at overtime rates
· Occasional overnight hotel stays may be required
· Saturday rotation (10am-3pm) paid at overtime rates
Compensation and Benefits
· $50,000 per year plus overtime and bonus opportunities
· Health Plan after 3 months. Premiums 100% company paid.
· Optional RRSP plan available after 6 months
