Job Summary
Oceanstone Resort is seeking a friendly, professional, and guest focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences from arrival to departure.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide information about resort accommodations, spa services, dining experiences, local attractions, and events.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, spa, restaurant, and event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with gift card sales, retail transactions, and other front desk duties as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, tourism, or front desk experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with reservation and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
