We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing Cochrane, AB team.
What you will be doing:
1. Dispatching HVAC/R technicians
2. Ensuring that we are receiving invoices and sending out invoices in a timely fashion
3. Answering phones
4. Interacting with customers
5. Creating and tracking work orders
What you bring:
1. Phone and computer skills
2. Organized
3. Responsible
4. A sense of "ownership"
5. Personable but professional
6. Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
7. A good memory
8. An overall knowledge of HVAC / R systems is a huge asset as well.
The successful candidate will be working with the Management team to ensure the jobs and service calls run smoothly.
