Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees while supporting a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, policies, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Provide payroll support and assist with HR administration, reporting, and system updates.
- Support employee relations matters by responding to inquiries, helping resolve issues, and promoting consistent HR practices.
- Assist with compliance activities, HR programs, policy updates, and workplace initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects that improve processes, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Compensation and Benefits
