SHIFT: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe work environment, uphold good housekeeping standards, and ensure the organization of the warehouse.
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory records through accurate spreadsheet updates.
- Adhere to all Management Systems, including Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Assist in the inspection of bins, identifying those requiring repair as they enter or leave the warehouse.
- Report damaged or missing chocks to the Supervisor or Manager for immediate replacement.
- Load and unload trailers as required, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Perform cycle counts as needed to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Tag and store all materials returned from outside service suppliers in the correct locations.
- Enter, edit, and post all inventory receipts and sub-contracting items into the ERP System immediately.
- Maintain a list of standard packs and weights, ensuring ERP System data is accurate for net weight and standard packs.
- Assist with labeling and inspecting raw materials upon arrival.
- Visually inspect bins entering or leaving the plant and complete inspection forms as required.
- Print and update packing slips and bills of lading as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with Inventory Management, including finished goods, Work in Process, and raw materials, ensuring all necessary transactions are processed timely to maintain control. Coordinate with various internal departments as necessary.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation as required.
- Adhere to IATF and ISO standards for the receiving area.
- Work in compliance with QMS, EMS, and Health & Safety standards, ensuring conformance to all Policies, Objectives, Impact & Aspect, and Hazard and Risk management protocols.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program with Direct Fasteners, ensuring regular scans and proper storage of inventory within 24 hours.
- Oversee the receiving, labeling, and inspection of all raw materials and incoming shipments. Notify Quality of any defective materials.
- Process customer returns efficiently and accurately.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3 years experience driving a tow motor in similar environment
- 1 year experience with receiving/shipping
- 1 year experience with Overhead Crane

Monday to Friday - Day Shift 7.00am to 3.30pm
