Job Description: As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and supervising the team during assigned shifts. This includes but is not limited to:
Leadership:
Provide strong and effective leadership to the restaurant team during assigned shifts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
Staff Development:
Assist with training and developing team members. Provide guidance and support to staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Guest Satisfaction:
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Management Support:
Work closely with the management team to implement restaurant policies, procedures, and operational goals. Communicate any staff, customer, or operational concerns to management as required.
Inventory and Supply Management:
Monitor inventory and supply levels, assist with receiving and organizing deliveries, and communicate inventory needs to management.
Cash Handling and Closing Procedures:
Assist with cash handling, POS procedures, opening and closing duties, and end-of-shift reconciliation as required.
