We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team in the event rental industry. This position involves the safe and efficient installation of tents and event rental equipment, as well as assisting customers and delivery personnel with loading and unloading equipment.
This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Successful candidates will enjoy working outdoors, collaborating with a team, and contributing to the successful setup and operation of special events.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down tents and event rental equipment
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
- Deliver party rental equipment following assigned routes and schedules
- Operate company vehicles, including truck and trailer combinations
- Interact professionally with customers on-site and during deliveries
- Complete daily paperwork and delivery documentation
- Clean and maintain rental equipment, vehicles, and indoor/outdoor facilities
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift and carry items weighing approximately 70 lbs or more
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Mechanical and basic mathematical aptitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid G driver’s license is required
Work Environment
This position requires frequent lifting, bending, carrying, and physical activity throughout the workday. Team members should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to safety and customer service.
