The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. Now, if you were to come on board as our Origami Systems Specialist, we'd ask you to do the following for us:
- Act as the system administrator for the Origami Risk platform, including user provisioning, role configuration, security management, and permissions governance.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain audits, inspections, forms, workflows, corrective actions, training modules, and other system components within Origami.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, workflows, automation, and reporting solutions.
- Configure and maintain business rules, scoring methodologies, data structures, validation rules, and system controls to ensure integrity and consistency across the platform.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, data extracts, and analytics to support operational, compliance, and executive decision-making.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, user adoption, and platform utilization, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Manage system enhancement requests, change management activities, testing cycles, deployment plans, and release communications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users, serving as the primary point of contact for system-related issues and vendor escalations.
- Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, user guides, training materials, and knowledge-base resources.
- Support integrations between Origami and enterprise applications such as Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and other business systems.
- Partner with Operations, IT, Claims, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Finance, and other business stakeholders to ensure system capabilities align with organizational objectives.
- Support data governance initiatives by maintaining data standards, system controls, audit trails, and reporting accuracy.
- Evaluate new platform capabilities and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, reporting, automation, and user experience.
- Manage multiple projects and system initiatives simultaneously while ensuring deliverables meet business timelines and expectations.

- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise software, business systems, or technology platforms.
- Experience administering, configuring, or supporting business applications, workflow solutions, audit management systems, or risk management platforms.
- Experience with report development, data analysis, dashboard creation, and business process automation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system configuration skills.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Origami Risk or similar governance, risk, compliance, audit, quality, or workflow platforms is considered a strong asset.
