Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Greenhouse Workers to join our client's team. This role involves hands-on work in a greenhouse environment, where you will be responsible for working the assembly line packaging the product and other general labour duties as required.
Responsibilities
- Quality Control and Packaging of cannabis products.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for various gardening tasks, including pruning and transplanting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse environment.
- Perform lifting as required for moving plants, soil, and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality plant care.
- Must drive as not on a bus route.
- Must complete at CRC check prior to starting.
- Must have CSA steel toe footwear.
Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to manual labor environments
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or warehouse settings is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed
