We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part-time bookkeeping and payroll role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and contributing to a supportive office environment.
Payroll
- Process payroll using Sage 50 Premium
- Maintain employee payroll records and files
Accounts Payable
- Enter and manage monthly vendor invoices
- Process and reconcile credit card payments and receipts
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with bookkeeping and payroll administration
- Proficiency with Sage Payroll / Sage 50
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
