Spark Your Career: We’re Hiring Electricians!
Are you the kind of person who sees a complex control panel and thinks, "Challenge accepted"? Do you have a knack for industrial automation and a passion for building things that move?
We are looking for a Journeyperson or Registered Apprentice electricians to join our team. At LJ Welding Automation, we don’t just "do electrical"—we build, integrate, and troubleshoot the custom automation systems that keep the industry humming.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Step into a high-energy role where your technical expertise directly fuels our production line. You will join a tight-knit, crew of 10 to 15 elite electricians rooted deep within our core assembly department. This isn't a role where you operate in a silo. You will be the vital link in our manufacturing chain, collaborating daily with production, engineering, and logistics teams—all operating seamlessly under one roof.
- You’ll wire and build control panels from the ground up and integrate control systems into our custom equipment.
- You’ll calibrate, test, and fix machines, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled (and perfectly wired) machine.
- From design suggestions to mentoring the next generation of apprentices, your expertise will be felt across the floor.
- You’ll maintain a clean, organized workspace and stay sharp on PPE and hazard analysis—because safety is our non-negotiable.
What You Bring to the Circuit:
- You are a Journeyperson Electrician or a Registered Apprentice currently enrolled in an accredited program.
- You’ve got a background in electrical control building. If you’ve worked in industrial manufacturing or handled overhead cranes and forklifts, you’re already a step ahead!

- You’re self-motivated, collaborative, and ready to embody a company culture that values quality and innovation.
