Job description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to take Customer Service calls along with other administrative duties to cover a maternity leave with the potential of staying on pending business trends. The ideal candidate will have great customer service experience and be a good communicator along with being computer savvy and a keen eye for detail. You will report to a senior team member.
The company will rely on excellent communication skills and display accurate and updated data entry skills .
Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Service Calls
- Be open to learn about the company product
- Work on company software to manage service calls
- Transfer date from paper formats into computer files or database systems
- Read order-forms and enter them properly and accurately into ordering system
- Place follow-up Service calls to ensure good customer service
- Sort and organize paperwork
- General office administrative task
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
· Proven experience in office administration
· Basic knowledge of Chatgpt and other AI platforms is a benefit
· Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
· Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
· Basic understanding of databases
· Attention to detail while working with forms and measurements
· Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
· Must be punctual and reliable
· Neat, courteous and presentable

Pay: $40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
