Schedule
- 3-6 full-day shifts per week
- Typical shift: 8:30 AM - approximately 6:00 PM
- Full-day routes only (no partial shifts)
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability and business needs
- No Sunday shifts—we do not operate on Sundays.
What You’ll Do
Every morning you’ll load your truck, organize your route, and head out to deliver packages throughout your assigned area.
You’ll enjoy the independence of managing your own route while knowing you have a supportive dispatch team behind you.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle
- Load and organize your route
- Deliver packages accurately and on time
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Follow DOT regulations and traffic laws
- Communicate with dispatch throughout the day
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle
- Use company technology to complete deliveries

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass a DOT drug screening (including marijuana)
- Able to lift packages weighing up to 75 lbs without assistance
- Able to safely move packages weighing up to 150 lbs using a hand truck/dolly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable walking throughout the day and repeatedly entering and exiting the delivery vehicle
No CDL Required. Paid Training Provided.
