Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nail care services, including manicures and pedicures.
- Perform professional waxing, tinting, ear piercing, skin and makeup applications
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure client safety.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate to enhance the client experience
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques.
- Assist with retail sales of beauty products as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Aesthetician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Effective communication skills to engage with clients.
- Ability to upsell services and products effectively.
- Certification in nail technology and/or aesthetics is preferred.
- Passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends.
