Our client, a growing mortgage brokerage licensed across Canada, is actively looking for driven Mortgage Associates to join their New Brunswick team. Role Description:
This is a remote, contract-based position for licensed Mortgage Associates (or those actively working toward certification).
Responsibilities:
● Assist clients in identifying suitable mortgage solutions and manage the end-to-end application process
● Collaborate with the underwriting team and lenders to ensure a seamless client experience
● Utilize a digital platform to manage leads, streamline applications, and communicate with internal teams
● Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company policies
Qualification:
● A current licensed Mortgage Associate with FCNB (Financial And Consumer Services Commission of New Brunswick)
● Alternatively, candidates must be willing to enroll in and complete FCNB required mortgage certification course within the time limit.
● Background in customer service, financial services, or sales is a strong asset
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $32,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
