Territory Sales Manager – Medical Devices / Medical Aesthetics

AYA Medical is expanding, and we're looking for driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team in BC.
For over 15 years, AYA Medical has been one of Canada's leading distributors of advanced medical aesthetic technologies. We partner with world-renowned manufacturers to provide innovative laser, RF, body contouring, and energy-based devices, backed by exceptional clinical training and customer support.
This is an opportunity to represent industry-leading technologies while building long-term relationships with physicians, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and aesthetic clinics.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow a defined sales territory.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-office product demonstrations and consultations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Work closely with our clinical training and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and industry events.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while expanding market share.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Medical device, capital equipment, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic industry experience is an asset.
- A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable with regular travel throughout your territory.
- Valid driver's license.
