We are seeking friendly, professional, and attentive Host and Support Staff to join our team. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or check-in procedures
- Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Take reservations and handle walk-in guests efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Assist with serving food and beverages as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, waiting zones, and support stations
- Support the team with various restaurant or hotel operations including order taking, billing, and guest requests
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, including proper phone etiquette and effective communication with team members
- Assist in training new staff members on service procedures and POS systems as required
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Strong guest services skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for hospitality settings
- Experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service roles is highly desirable
- Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues effectively
