Modernized Construction Services (MCS) is a growing Ottawa-based construction company specializing in residential and commercial concrete construction. From foundations and structural concrete to shotcrete, rehabilitation, and custom projects, we take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and reliable service across Ottawa and surrounding areas.
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction crews on-site
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Communicate with team members, subcontractors, and management
- Monitor quality control and site safety
- Read and interpret project plans and drawings
- Assist with scheduling materials and workflow
Requirements:
- Previous construction supervisor experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews
- Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
- Experience in concrete construction is considered a strong asset
