Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take drink orders promptly.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor customer consumption levels and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in food service or bartending roles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance.
