Job Summary
The Business Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the overall growth, development, and operational excellence of the organization. This position involves overseeing business development initiatives, managing key client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to expand market share and increase revenue streams.
- Lead sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts.
- Oversee business development activities to establish partnerships and explore new markets.
- Manage and supervise project teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with executive management to set organizational priorities and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies across all business functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles with demonstrated success in achieving growth targets.
- Strong background in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Leadership experience with a track record of supervising teams and managing cross-departmental collaborations.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage change effectively.
Pay: $9,000.00-$13,000.00 per month
