- Oversee e-commerce logistics activities, including order processing, shipment tracking, and returns management.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of goods to customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to streamline logistics operations.
- Assist in demand planning activities to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate freight shipments, negotiate rates, and track deliveries to meet customer requirements.
Skills:
- Proficiency in logistics operations including sourcing, e-commerce, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of shipping receiving processes and supply chain principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory control.
- Strong understanding of demand planning techniques to optimize inventory levels.
- Ability to negotiate freight rates and manage shipments effectively.
