The company has earned a reputation as a top aggregate provider throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta. LPSG has produced and provided aggregate for many large-scale projects since its inception and continues to lead its industry today.
Our company operations are expanding and require an accounting clerk.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements and other financial statements using computerized and manual systems.
- Code, total, batch, enter, verify and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, purchase orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems
- Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting systems and practices.
Demonstrated ability to interpret, and to make decisions in accordance with, established policies and procedures.
Ability to make mathematical calculations rapidly and accurately.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain attention to detail.
Skill in the operation of modern office equipment, including a computer with word-processing, spreadsheet and database software.
Successful completion of a one-two year post-secondary business-related program.

Base Salary Range:
$55,000 to $62,500
