The Opportunity
Love negotiations, building partnerships, and driving results? We're looking for a strategic Category Manager to join our Procurement team and help us partner with vendors to deliver cutting-edge products and services.
What You'll Own
Sourcing strategy: From spend analysis to RFx creation to supplier selection
Contract management: Negotiate, draft, and execute agreements that drive value
Vendor relationships: Ensure suppliers deliver on commitments and hit performance targets
Data & insights: Analyze spend patterns, track savings, and inform business decisions
Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on sourcing decisions and strategy
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of procurement experience
Expertise in category management
Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Ariba, SAP, Google Suite)
Ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
Problem solver with a "can-do" attitude
Strong communication and project management skills
SCMP/MBA is a major bonus

Salary Range: $86,000-$136,000
