Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer Instructor to teach an intensive 5-week program (Monday to Friday). Based on student feedback and program success, there is a strong possibility of extension to deliver additional training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and industry-relevant lectures and practical training to students.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to learners throughout the program.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical demonstrations.
- Ensure course delivery aligns with institute standards and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the program team to continuously improve instructional material.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
- Teaching or training experience in post-secondary or technical programs (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, safety practices, and industry applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Duration: Initial 5-week contract, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
- Possibility of extension to additional programs following successful completion and feedback.
