We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves managing current accounts and achieving 100% client satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a vital part in retaining our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to overall company growth. Responsibilities
- Regular accounts visits to ensure customer needs in respect to services and products are met promptly and accordingly.
- Creating proper dialogue with customers and rectify any concerns noted or expressed by them immediately.
- Making arrangements with the Sales and Operations department new accounts starts including paper work, security clearance, chemical kits, safety documents, etc.
- Training, assigning tasks and managing all cleaning crew in connection to clients’ needs and requirements accordingly.
- Maintain and organize warehouse inventory
- On a regular basis perform cleaning inspections as may be required, new accounts starts, complaint rectification and routine site inspections, which will be performed at irregular hours, possibly in the evenings, nights, and/or weekends.
- Log all cleaner and client visits, performance review of cleaners, create follow ups on various tasks/concerns/requests.
Skills
- Innovative thinking to bring efficiencies in operations and achieving quality goals.
- Proven experience in managing multiple teams preferably in cleaning commercial sites.
- Good computer skills including MS suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and resolve issues.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Compensation: Salary plus commission.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
