Are you a technical problem-solver who thrives on optimizing systems and improving business efficiency? We’re looking for an ERP Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a key role in enhancing how our organization operates through smart, data-driven processes.
In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring our Acumatica ERP system is implemented, optimized, and aligned with our evolving business needs. You’ll analyze workflows, identify process improvements, and configure the system to help departments work smarter — not harder.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
This is a 100% on-site role. Office attendance is mandatory.
System Implementation & Configuration
Lead and support the configuration and maintenance of Acumatica ERP modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications.
Configure Acumatica workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom fields to support company operations.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation before deployment.
Manage system security and access requirements, including parameters by user, role and company.
Process Analysis & Improvement
Review existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation or optimization through Acumatica.
Collaborate with department managers to implement best practices that enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Recommend system enhancements to improve business performance and reporting capabilities.
Keep abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.
User Support & Training
Provide first-line support for Acumatica users across departments and entities.
Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and reference materials.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Acumatica functionality and new feature releases.
Reporting & Data Management
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Acumatica’s reporting tools.
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across the ERP system.
Support management with data-driven insights to aid operational and strategic decision-making.
Document, track, and monitor all problems/resolution activity in HelpDesk system to ensure timely resolution and adherence to department guidelines.
Project Coordination
Participate in ERP-related projects, integrations, and upgrades.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and Acumatica partners.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and changes.
Other duties as required, up to but not limited to analyzing financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue trends, to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an ERP Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Specialist.
Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP (implementation, configuration, and reporting).
Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, inventory control, finance, and procurement.
Proficiency with SQL queries, report design, and data analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments.
