Quarts de travail disponibles de Jour et de 12h00 à 20h30
Emplacement : Rive-Nord (Laval et Boisbriand)
- Entrepôt de Laval : Produits frais et secs
- Entrepôt de Boisbriand : Produits congelés
Technicien(ne) logistique
Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne organisée, dynamique et orientée service client afin de joindre notre équipe logistique en pleine croissance.
Principales responsabilités
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques des clients en assurant un excellent niveau de service et de satisfaction
- Effectuer la prise de rendez-vous pour les réceptions et les expéditions
- Coordonner et attribuer les portes de chargement avec l’équipe d’entrepôt
- Préparer les documents de réception et d’expédition
- Effectuer de la facturation ainsi que le traitement de crédit
- Effectuer des recherches et suivis de transactions d’inventaire
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi des inventaires en collaboration avec les clients et l’équipe d’entrepôt
- Collaborer activement avec les différents départements afin d’assurer la fluidité des opérations
Profil recherché
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- À l’aise de travailler avec un système de gestion d’inventaire (WMS)
- Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais)
- Diplôme collégial, universitaire ou expérience pertinente équivalente
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique
- Excellent sens du service à la clientèle
- Bonnes habiletés en communication et en travail d’équipe
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Personne souriante, positive et reconnue pour sa collaboration
- Expérience en exportation (Atout)

- Lundi au vendredi
- Horaire de 12h00 à 20h30

Location: North Shore. 2 open position (1-Laval and 1-Boisbriand)
- Laval Warehouse: Fresh and dry products
- Boisbriand Warehouse: Frozen products
Logistics Technician
We are looking for an organized, dynamic, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our growing logistics team.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls while ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
- Schedule appointments for receiving and shipping
- Coordinate and assign loading docks with the warehouse team
- Prepare receiving and shipping documents
- Handle invoicing and credit processing
- Conduct research and follow-up on inventory transactions
- Manage and monitor inventory in collaboration with clients and the warehouse team
- Actively collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Comfortable working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Fully bilingual (French and English)
- College diploma, university degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Positive, friendly, and collaborative attitude
- Export experience (asset)

Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
