Accu-Staff is hiring Machine Operators for a busy aluminum extrusion facility. If you’re mechanically inclined, safety-driven, and want steady hours + overtime, this is for you.
Schedule: 12hr Continental Rotating
2 weeks days | 2 weeks nights | | Every other weekend off
Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Night: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do:
- Set up, run, and maintain metal stamping/extrusion presses
- Follow all safety procedures — PPE required at all times
- Inspect parts to meet quality specs and log production accurately
- Read work instructions, drawings, and use measuring tools
- Keep your area clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Report equipment issues or product deviations to your supervisor
- Show up on time, every time — reliability matters
What You Need:
- Heavy lifting + standing for 12hrs — this is physical work
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience
- Basic mechanical understanding
- Reliable transportation — site not on bus route
- Must be okay with rotating days/nights
- Positive attitude + strong team communication
- A forklift license and ability to read technical drawings are assets
