Greer Landscaping & Construction is seeking skilled Landscape Construction Workers to join our team. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for an experienced operator who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
Our projects include large-scale pool installations, engineered retaining walls, drainage systems, and high-end hardscape construction. The right candidate will be confident running sections of a project independently while maintaining quality and pace.
Wage Range: $30.00 - $38.00
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in pool installations and high-end hardscape construction, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, stairs, and structural elements
- Safely operate heavy equipment for excavation, grading, and material handling
- Execute concrete forming, masonry, and detailed hardscape installations
- Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape construction
- Confident operating heavy equipment and small machinery
- Proficient with concrete saw operation and precision cutting
- Capable of executing detailed hardscape work with minimal correction
- Experience with masonry, excavation, carpentry, and landscape electrical components
Leadership Ability
- Maintain production pace without sacrificing quality
- Communicate professionally with field leaders and crew members
- Anticipate and communicate material, equipment, and tool requirements
Prerequisites
- Valid Social Insurance Number
- Canadian citizen or valid Canadian work visa
- Full G-Class driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Reliable transportation
- Bondable
- Must have a cell phone or smart device
