Job Title: Machine Operator – Roll Forming Setup Operator

Job Summary
We are a manufacturing supplier to the window and door industry seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our production team in the roll forming department. This role is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of roll-forming equipment to ensure high-quality production and efficient output.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up forming rolls on a 1½” shaft roll-forming mill (typically 16 passes).
- Operate and maintain roll-forming machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform tooling changeovers to produce various profiles and shapes.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Meet production targets and KPIs through efficient operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience setting up roll-forming machines.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
- Proficient in reading a measuring tape and digital calipers.
- Ability to handle heavy materials manually or with lifting equipment (e.g., hoist).
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation and maintenance.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
