Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our small online boutique with deliveries and day to day errands. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, up to date with trends and great knowledge of social media. We offer a commision on any sales acquired outside of our social media accounts and a competitive entry level pay.
Responsibilities
- Managing and executing deliveries for our clients in Toronto and Mississauga area.
- Handle correspondence via social media with our clients and reporting back any issues, delays
- Handling small cash payments with customers as well as maintaining stock inventory.
- Prepare and organize content to be posted on our various sites.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Staying up to date with trends and editing content
Skills
- Must be a student
- Proficiency in social media management and editing content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Attention to detail for deliveries and maintaining brand aesthetic.
- Experience with retail and inventory holding.
- Knowledge of social media trends.
- Clerical or administrative experience preferred, including office experience in a professional setting
- Ability to handle multiple clients and secure sales.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
