Position Overview
As an Automotive Detailer, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for cleaning, restoring, and protecting vehicles to meet our high-quality standards while working alongside a passionate and hardworking team.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out
- Wash, dry, and prep vehicle surfaces using professional products and equipment
- Vacuum, shampoo, and condition carpets, seats, and upholstery
- Restore shine and protect paint surfaces
- Remove dirt, stains, debris, and imperfections from interiors and exteriors
- Inspect vehicles for damage or concerns and report findings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Deliver excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing experience is an asset, but not required
- Training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand, bend continuously, perform repetitive tasks, lift as required, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on ladders when required
Additional Pay Opportunities
Higher pay scales are available for candidates with:
- 2+ years of paint correction experience using DA & Rotary polishers
- 2+ years of PPF installation experience (Xpel, 3M, Suntek, etc.)
- 2+ years of window tint experience
