Summary
We are seeking a Collision Centre Manager and Estimator to join our team in Scarborough. Based in our local facility, this role is vital in managing daily operations and providing expert estimates to ensure top-quality repairs aligned with our company's values.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the collision centre to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Communicate with customers re: initial assessment, estimated costs, status of delivery
- Provide accurate damage assessments and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians, insurance companies, and customers to facilitate smooth repair processes.
- Order & receive parts from suppliers
- Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
- Qualifications
- Automotive collision repair background.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate estimates and manage repair processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with insurance procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with Mitchell, E-Claims, Audatex, Progi, and management systems
