Summary
We are seeking a Part-time Property Manager Assistant to join our team. This role provides great work hours flexibility and learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks related to property management and client communication.
- Maintain accurate records for the Strata Corporations/ clients
- Help coordinate communication between residents, owners, and service providers.
- Draft Strata correspondence or letters using the provided templates
- Prepare the Strata Council Meeting Agendas, AGM/SGM Notices and draft meeting minutes. Training will be provided
- Prepare Strata documents and forms (Form B, F, I...). Training will be provided.
- Data entry in Yardi, an accounting system. Training will be provided
- Assist the manager in sending out mass communication to the residents
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Proven classroom experience or teaching background.
- Strong communication skills essential for interacting with clients and team members.
- Basic math skills for record-keeping and data entry.
- Experience in property management is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills, know how to track tasks using Excel or similar tools
