Grow your career in a role that makes an impact! Join us as an Account Management Associate (AMA). In this on-site role, you will prepare client account documentation, process transactions, and support investment sales by ensuring accuracy and efficiency through effective workflow management. You will be a key contributor to delivering exceptional client service through strong communication, accountability, and collaboration.
Ideal for aspiring Dealing Representatives: The AMA role is a step towards becoming a Dealing Representative. You will gain hands-on experience in operations, work closely with Dealing Representatives, and learn strategies for success.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative and clerical support for the Dealing Representatives.
- Under the direction of the Dealing Representatives, handle all aspects of client account administration, including preparation and follow-up, with efficiency and accuracy.
- Documentation and administration: Prepare and process client documentation, including account applications, asset transfers, registered plan transactions, banking, and client reporting.
- Record purchases and sales.
- Ensure that all trades and documentation comply with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Handle all types of client accounts, including Registered & Non-Registered accounts.
- Prepare Private Placements for all subscribers and meet the deadline.
- Provide customer service duties for multiple relationship managers and their clients.
- Process administrative requests, including handling correspondence.
- Enter data, update, and maintain records in the company CRM System.
- Support client marketing events (on and offsite) through set-up assistance and preparation of materials, as needed.
- Contribute to the production of the company’s quarterly Investor Letter, with training and editorial guidance provided.
- Reception coverage on a rotational and or as-needed basis.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of financial, accounting, or similar industry experience
- 2 years administrative professional experience in a corporate setting.
- Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Must have current CSC/EMP certification before starting employment.
- Post-secondary education in a related field such as Finance or Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Administration experience supporting multiple team members
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and consistently meets tight timelines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and handle high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Resourceful and proactive: Takes initiative, solves problems within protocols, and communicates effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining reports, supported by proficient analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and other business applications
- Demonstrates professionalism, accountability and a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated tact and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Marketing experience is an asset.
