About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dispatching experience in Quebec and Ontario LTL operations.Dry van and Heaters.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule LTL shipments within Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes.
- Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure on-time deliveries
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office
- Work closely with the operations team to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience (LTL preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Quebec and Ontario lanes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) French an asset
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Proficient with MS Office
- Positive attitude and team player
- Looking for a long-term opportunity
