Role: Optician Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the optical department.
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient care.
- Assist patients with frame and lens selection based on their visual needs and lifestyle.
- Perform accurate eyewear measurements, fittings, and adjustments.
- Mentor and support team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards.
- Drive business growth through strong patient relationships and service excellence.
Licensing Requirements
- Licensed Optician in good standing with the College of Opticians of British Columbia.
- Previous leadership or management experience is considered a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of eyewear products, lens technologies, and optical dispensing best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation $35-37/hr
- $3,000 Signing Bonus
