Position Overview:
We are looking for energetic and reliable servers with a passion for food and craft beer to join our team. As a server, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Must have 1-2 years of sit down restaurant serving experience. You’ll be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and working closely with our kitchen and bar teams. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible hours to fit your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Offer menu recommendations and provide detailed information about our extensive craft beer selection.
- Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and at the correct temperature.
- Handle transactions and process payments accurately.
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, and beer offerings.
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of serving experience in a sit-down restaurant required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in learning about craft beer, with a willingness to grow knowledge about our 100+ craft beer options.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods
