Huevos Gourmet is a lively and growing breakfast and brunch restaurant in Mississauga Port Credit , known for our fresh, flavorful Mexican-inspired dishes.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Kitchen Chef who enjoys working closely with a team and takes pride in creating great food together. If you thrive in a collaborative kitchen environment and are eager to grow your skills in Mexican cuisine, we would love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with prep work, stock, and inventory
Previous experience as a chef or line cook (breakfast/brunch experience is an asset)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
Full time availability is required, weekend availability is mandatory.
