Shipping & Receiving
Looking for a motivated shipping / receiving person that is detail oriented and doesn't mind doing local pick ups and deliveries. We are an equal opportunity employer that recognizes the value and individual contributions of every employee.
Major duties:
- Receiving and putting away all stock orders (hydraulic hose, adapters, hand tools, gloves, etc.)
- Regular Inventory counting (i.e. cycle counts to ensure inventory is correct/fixing mistakes)
- Counting stock and bagging into set quantities that are TBD with preprinted stickers; this is done to help inventory counts and helps ease picking stock orders for customers
- Picking orders for customers
- Shipping orders out via couriers
- Pick-ups and drop-offs at various locations mainly located around Burnside.
- Assisting with sales team
- Maintaining stock bins
- Keeping shipping and receiving workspace clean
Qualifications and Skills:
- Have problem solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and to also work independently
- Detail oriented
- Driver’s license
- Forklift certification (can get after acceptance)
* Experience with hydraulics and industrial supplies is encouraged, but not required.*
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
