Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Naturopathic Doctor to join our holistic healthcare team with chiropractor, acupuncturists, physiotherapist, RMTs, and Kinesiologists. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered natural medicine consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and promote overall wellness. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ health through integrative approaches that combine traditional and natural therapies. The Naturopathic Doctor will work closely with patients of all ages, including pediatrics, to support their health goals in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and lifestyle evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing natural therapies, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle modifications
- Provide patient care in accordance with naturopathic principles and medical terminology standards
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and alternative treatment options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine and relevant medical research
- Assist in the promotion of wellness programs and community health initiatives
Skills
- Strong knowledge of naturopathic medicine principles and practices
- Experience in pediatrics is highly desirable for treating children effectively and safely
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient needs
- Proficiency in medical terminology for accurate documentation and communication
- Ability to educate patients clearly about treatment options and health strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients of all ages
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards
Pay: $41,109.82-$140,144.09 per year
